Out of Hours
On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, and all day and night at the weekends and on bank holidays, services are commissioned by the Swindon Primary Care Trust. Please call 01793 646466. After assessment of your symptoms you may be invited to attend the Out of Hours Centre which is located in the Clover Unit at The Great Western Hospital.

Home Visits
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit. A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

Cancelling Appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone as soon as possible.

Whooping cough cases increase

blue_clock The practice has reception staff on duty on the telephone from 8:00 am until 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The reception office is open for visitors from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm

During late surgery opening hours (i.e. after 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays) we regret that due to "skeleton staffing" we are unable to help with routine requests for repeat prescriptions, appointment booking etc or to give out test results from the computer. This full range of services is available during our routine contracted hours.

Please also note that medical emergencies after 6:30pm should be phoned to the Out of Hours Service on 01793 646466.
